Local Pickup is recommended. Items can be picked up at the Auction Site on Friday March 31st from 12 PM - 6 PM or the following week M-F 9 AM - 5 PM by Appointment. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower (Personnel to carry your items), tools, boxes, wrapping paper, tape, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. We will have Staff onsite to assist you in locating your items but they may not be available to assist in carrying of items. If you can't pick your items up during the time scheduled, you are responsible for designating someone to pick your items up. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company and/or property owner.
