Neither Venture Auctions nor the City of Memphis will recognize any claims for theft, damage, or loss once the item has been awarded. Auctioneer's decision is final and binding on all parties in the event of a dispute. Bidder's acknowledgement of this stipulation and consent to abide by it, and all other terms & conditions of this sale, are implied by bidder's decision to register for and participate in the auction.
