All items sold "As is Where is". No refunds or exchanges given. 15% buyers premium will be charged on top of your winning bid. All bidders must adhere to the terms & conditions of the auction including pick up times & dates. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracked. Please pay attention when placing online bids. An online bid is a contracted agreement that the bidder will pay that amount at the close of the auction. A soft close/dynamic bidding design is used during the close of the auction. Any bid that is placed that outbids another, the system will add 5 minutes to the closing time to allow all interested bidders the opprotunity to log back into the auction and place bids. If no competing bids are placed- the item will time out and close. Inspection and preview is recommended by the auction company. Any bidder may contact the auction company and request a preview of any auction items. We schedule previews by appointment unless otherwise advertised. Please contact us at 713-254-4399.
