All sales are final. All items are sold "as is-where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied. Bidders are encouraged to preview and inspect all items. It is bidder's responsibility to determine condition, value, usefulness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors. Triple 8 Auctions is not responsible for errors of description. Bidder, including internet bidder, shall be the sole judge of value. There is a 13% buyers Premium charged to all purchases. On-site buyers must pay on day of sale; the credit card on file will be processed for absentee and internet buyers. Buyers may pay by cash, Mastercard, Visa or Discover. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale. Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold, ownership passes to the successful bidder, along with responsibility for securing the item and making payment for the item. Sold items must be removed no later than 1 pm Tuesday after a Saturday sale. If buyer does not pick up the item immediately following the auction, buyer must contact auction company to coordinate a time for pickup. Items remaining after 6:30pm Wednesday following the Sunday sale will be considered abandoned.
