Description
This will be an Extension of the 2-24-17 Coin Auction. All items will be sold to the highest bidder via Proxibid.com.
1. All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, grade, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Allen & Marshall Auctioneers and Appraisers, LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Allen & Marshall Auctioneers and Appraisers, LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some coins have been graded by PCGS, NGC, ANACS & Others. Neither the Owner or Auctioneer warranties these grading conditions placed on these coins. Buyer should be aware that this is an onsite Auction and many people may handle the coins at the preview and auction. Every effort will be made to ensure that each coin stays in the same condition that it was brought to us and photographed in. However all property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 2. Every effort is made to “guard” merchandise throughout the auction. However, the Bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased immediately following the winning bid. Therefore, the Bidder is advised to further guard their items at their own discretion. 3. The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item is being bid on. If the Bidder is unsure, they should inquire or not bid. When becoming the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor “mistakes”. 4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the Seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the Seller. 5. Titles will be disbursed on auction day only if payment is made in cash; otherwise they will be mailed when the check clears the bank. 6. Sales tax will be added to the purchase of all taxable items. Dealers who purchase for resale must file their resale permit numbers. 7. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of items purchased. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the item(s) sold hereunder; and shall defend, indemnify, and save harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any liability. 8. If the foregoing conditions or any other applicable conditions are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to Auctioneer and Seller by law, including without limitation, the right to hold the purchaser liable for the bid price, the Auctioneer, at their option may (1) resell the property publicly or privately, with purchaser being liable for the payment of any deficiency plus all costs incurred, or (2) cancel the sale, retaining liquidated damages on all payments made by purchaser, Auctioneer commission and all other incidental damages will be charged. 9. Information in brochures, catalogs and other advertisements are from sources believed to be reliable; however prospective purchasers are urged to inspect the inventory or property to satisfy themselves as to condition, model, manufacturer, year, features, mileage, survey, acres, etc. Neither the Auctioneer or our client make any guarantees and are not responsible for listing or advertising inaccuracies or discrepancies. 10. All statements made by the Auctioneer the day of the auction take precedence over oral statements and/or printed materials. 11. Local Pickup is recommended. 12. Shipping Instructions: Allen & Marshall Auctioneers will handle the shipping of Smaller Items. Payment for the packing, materials, boxes, insurance, Signature Confirmation, handling & shipping of purchased lots is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping. Shipping via US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS. Shipping fees must be paid prior to the items being shipped. Items will be insured for the Purchased Value. Values exceeding $5,000 will be sent certified mail IT SHOULD BE UNDERSTOOD THAT THIS TYPE OF SHIPPING CAN BE VERY EXPENSIVE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU CHOSE NOT TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED. Items may be picked up at the Auction Site. 13. AUCTION FORMAT: This will be an TIMED ONLINE ONLY AUCTION with no Live bidding available. Bidding will be available via PROXIBID.COM. Bidding on the 1st Lot will close at Approx. 5 PM on Saturday Feb. 35h, 2017-. THe remaining lots will be sold in Lot # order. 14. Payment: Payment required No later than the Pickup day on Monday February 27th, 2017. There will be a 18% Buyer Premium for all online bids via Proxibid.com. Example. If you bid $100 on an item. There is an18% Buyer premium added to the bid price for a total of $118. Maryland 6 % Sales Tax will be charged. 15. The Auction Co. reserves the right to extend the bidding time if an error should occur with the online server. 16. Auctioneers reserves the right to Add/Remove items, modify descriptions or cancel the auction at any time. 17. By registering for the Auction you hereby agree to receive mail and/or email correspondance from the auction Co. from time to time. You can unsubscribe at any time.
