All sales are final. Your card WILL BE CHARGED upon completion of the auction unless other details are arranged in advance. By registering to bid, you are agreeing that any and all disconnections that must be made to electric or other static systems within the home are done to building code standard. You are agreeing that all items once paid for are your responsibility to remove and that safe removal will occur at your expense. You agree that any damage caused to the property both accidental and negligent will be your responsibility as a direct relation to the removal of any item. Should an accident occur during removal of items, you will not hold Max Webster Auctioneers nor the homeowner responsible as you enter into this agreement under your own free will. All sales are final. We expect that you will utilize the preview dates and times to ivew the items and determine actual product condition. We do our best to describe all products, but as terms are subjective we insist that you use your own description to describe each item in actuality.
