The primitives are the final lots from the Davis Estate and will include Ball and Atlas jars, Milk bottles, liquor bottles, tin pie pans, many small metal implements and items found while plowing. Crocks, Daisy Churn, Armadillo purse, glass door cabinet, large blind door cabinet, wooden implements and more. Household items will be offered from two small local estates to round out this auction.

ONLINE BIDDING ONLY for this auction. Bidding starts Friday, February 17, 2017 at 9:00 AM EST and ends Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 9:00PM.EST 1. PAYMENTS: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard ONLY. On FRIDAY morning, after the auction has closed, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the entire amount of your purchases. 2. BIDDING ERRORS: Be aware that many bidders increase their own bid in error. If that happens immediately contact Shumate Auctions, 540-229-7063 or shumateauction@aol.com. If you bid on the wrong item we will NOT reverse the bid. Be advised to review your bid choices before completing the action. 3. STAGGERING CLOSE: This online auction will close multiple items per minute. If an item has active bidding when it comes up to close, that item will be skipped until there is no bidding for 3 minutes, then it will close. 4. Shumate Auctions WILL NOT SHIP. 6. SALES TAX: Virginia State Sales tax will be collected. If you are tax exempt, you must email (shumateauction@aol.com) or fax(540-359-6030) a copy of your ST-10 form PRIOR to auction closing. You can obtain a VA form online at www.tax.virginia.gov. State Tax will be applied if your signed tax exempt form is not on file. We cannot accept a verbal number. 7. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you bid $100, at checkout you will be chared $115 plus VA State Tax of .053%. 8. PAID RECEIPT: You will receive an emailed receipt for your purchases by 9AM on Friday February 24, pickup day.
