All items must be removed from the auction house the evening of the sale. No refunds are available as bidding is as-is, where-is. Please take time to view the items and ask any and all questions before bidding. If you make bids online, we will contact you prior to the auction to inform you about your bids. We will take your credit card number at that time and will charge you the winning amount plus the 15% premium after the auction closes. We will contact you within 3 days of the auction close and give you the total for the shipping costs. Please provide a phone number where we can reach you the day of the auction to confirm your bids. If we can't reach you by the time of the auction start and have a valid credit card number onhand, we will consider your bids null and void. This is due to the continued lack of payment by online bidders. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping / Pick Up

Pickup is available for online bidders if desired. Please contact the auction house if you intend on picking up items. Otherwise, all online purchases will be shipped within a week of the auction end. Parcel Post will be used unless the bidder chooses to have items shipped differently. Insurance is extra -please let the auction house know before items are sent out.
