All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. Preview of items is encouraged. Preview is on Saturday,January 21, 2017 from noon until the start of the live auction. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but not waranteed. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies they have examined the item to their satisfaction or that they have chosen not to personally examine the item. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Applicable sales tax will be charged unless you provide a copy of your tax ID. Pick up is on Sunday, January 22, 2017, from noon until 5:00 pm and Monday, January 23, 2017 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. All items must be paid for and picked up no later than Monday, January 23, 2017 at 6:00 pm. You will be charged $10.00 per day for items left after this date. All items left more than 21 days become the property of Lewis Auctions. Delivery is available through Superior Moving. Shipping is availabe for small items. Pick up all items at 717 W Crockett in Wolfe City Texas. Pickup times are Sunday,January 8 , 2017 from noon until 5:00 pm and Monday,January 9, 2017 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Shipping is available for small items. There is a $5.00 handling fee and buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
