Description	A complete dispersal including Furnishings, Decor and an extensive Collection of Antique, Vintage and Designer Lighting open for bidding through January 25th, 2017. There will be no physical auction, all bidding will take place online, by absentee or by phone only. The auction is open for bidding Wednesday, January 11th through Wednesday, January 25th at 7 pm CST when each lot in the auction crosses the virtual Auction Block for a live Internet bidding competition. This final bidding competition begins at 7 pm Central time. *Note, competition from live telephone bidders and other live Internet bidding platforms may display as "Floor Bidder" during the final bidding. Preview is Wednesday, January 25th from 2 to 5 pm Central time. All items in this auction are sold as-is. We strongly suggest that interested parties attend the open house and personally inspect the items that interest them. Any statements regarding condition are offered as a courtesy only. Kansas City sales tax of 8.35% applies for this sale.

Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise stated in advertising and sale day announcement, the sale price will include a Buyer's Premium of 13% to be added to the final bid accepted by the Auctioneer aka the final hammer price. This 13% premium may be reduced to 10% for payment by cash or check. We will accept cash, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. We may accept personal checks with bank letter of guarantee, but we charge, and Buyer must pay, $250 for any "NSF" check returned. In dispute over payment, we may recover, and Buyer is liable for any expenses, costs or attorney fees we incur in collecting payment. 2. We make every attempt to provide an accurate description of each lot as a courtesy to the buyers. We will have all items offered for sale available for inspection before the auction. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to carefully inspect any item he may purchase, prior to bidding and purchase. No statements have been made regarding condition. Any descriptions are intended as informal identifiers. Lack of a condition statement does not mean the condition is good. Unlike our typical cataloged antique auctions, it is the bidders responsibility to inspect each item for condition and all other information they desire. 3. The auctioneers, Dirk T. Soulis Antiques LLC, d.b.a. Dirk Soulis Auctions, shall be the sole determinant of winning bidder and sale price of any and every lot - regardless of any third party electronic records. 4. Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold as-is where is and all sales are final. 5. NO CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL PAYMENTS FOR MORE THAN $4,000 - NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. AGAIN, ONLY ONE $4000 PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL MAY BE APPLIED TO ANY ONE INVOICE. Shipping / Pick Up

Winning bidders will receive an email invoice with the address, payment and pick-up instructions. Payment and pick up will occur at Lampatuer, 6209 Oak St, Kansas City, MO 64113 on Friday, January 26th from 2 to 5 pm and Saturday, January 27th from 10 am to 1 pm. SHIPPING IS A SEPARATE TRANSACTION: The cost of packing and shipping items that are not picked up is a charge separate and apart from the auction purchase. We typically do not combine shipping costs with auction purchase costs. Following payment of this invoice we will, on a first-come first-served basis, wrap and pack your purchases in order to calculate the most precise cost of shipping. Depending on sale volume, this could take as long as three days. SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Handling and materials costs range $9 to $15 for most items, depending on size, weight and or fragility, plus the actual cost of postage or carrier fees and insurance. Items that require a wood crate or banding to a pallet for maximum safety will be charged at $16.00 per man hour calculated to the 1/4 hour for labor plus the cost of materials. Most crates fall into the $50 to $150 range. Items designated as over-sized by commercial carriers and those weighing more than 100 pounds are best shipped by 'blanket wrap' carriers. Large items, Furniture, International Shipments and items deemed excessively fragile by Dirk Soulis Auctions may require special handling by a third party shipper. In this instance, Dirk Soulis Auctions will coordinate with the buyer's chosen shipper and will endeavor to provide as much assistance as possible.
