Terms and Conditions

All items sold in an "as is - where is" condition with all faults and no warranty of any kind, neither expressed nor implied. Acceptable forms of payment will be Cash, Good Check, or Credit Card. On site sales are subject to a 13% buyer premium which reflects a 3% cash / check discount. Indiana Sales Tax of 7% will be charged unless proper tax exempt license is submitted at time of registration. Absentee and phone bid sales subject to 15% buyer premium and sales tax. All non-verified forms of payment are subject to items being held until funds have cleared our bank. All items must be removed sale day. Any items that are left following the auction will be considered abandoned.

Shipping / Pick Up

Pick up of items purchased on line may be made starting Sunday, Jan 29th from11am-5pm after proper payment has been received. Please contact auction if you intend to pick up rather that have shipping processed.
