UNLESS the item purchased is STRICLY farm use according to the state of MD & the purchaser owns & operates a farm. 10% percent buyer's premium on all items $3000.00 & Less Per Item. Items $3001.00 Up Flat Fee of $300.00 Per Item. Catalog should only be used as a guide and are not and will not be guaranteed. Everything at this auction will sell where-is and as-is to the highest bidder regardless of price. The auction company and seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of or defect in any or all lots. Lunch Rights Reserved.
