A 10% (Ten) buyer's premium will be added to the highest bid and this will become the final sale price of the property. Auction will have a soft close. Which means the bidding could continue after 7 pm until there is no bid activity for 3 minutes. Property is being sold as-is with no warranties or representations being made. Seller is will deliver good, marketable, and insurable title free of all liens and encumbrances.
