Checkout Date/Time Check out will be available during and after the auction. Items won by online bidders must be paid in full within 2 business days of receiving invoice. Winning Bidders will receive an invoice by email within 12 hours of the auction closing. It's going to be a great auction we have some amazing deals in this grouping. We have to move it all to make room for several new estates we have coming in. We are busting at the seams. Everything must go! 500 lots all starting with low opening bids. A large variety of items to choose from we have something for everyone in this round. Come on out and bid live. Free coffee and snacks. BYOB if you please. It's going to be a great auction. We will be moving through these lots quickly and plan to be wrapping up the auction around 5pm. We will stay until 7pm on auction day for anyone wanting to pick up immediately after the auction.
** These Auction Terms apply to all Online, Webcast, and Live Auctions hosted by Kasper Auction Co., unless, otherwise noted in the auction description. 10% Buyer’s Premium Taxes: Residents of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax when applicable. Shipping & Pickups: We have several options for you to choose from when it comes to getting your items picked up or delivered. We do expect all items to be removed from the gallery within 10 Days of purchase. Items left at the gallery longer than 10 days will incur storage charges. Storage charges are $20 per day and will be calculated and invoiced until pickup or shipping arrangements have been made. Any unpaid storage charges will need to be settled before items can be removed. Items left for more than 3 weeks at the gallery with unpaid storage charges may become the property of the gallery and be re-auctioned to recover storage fees. Kasper’s would happy to pack and ship your items for you for an extra handling charge plus shipping. We can also help you with coordinating the delivery of your purchases via a 3rd party shipper. As always buyer’s may pick up their items at our gallery during our regular business hours. Now you can have Kasper’s handle your shipping and packaging! Items shipping via USPS. There is a $15 Packaging and Handling Fee in addition to the calculated shipping rate. Please contact us for quotes on the current shipping rate. To qualify for this option items cannot exceed 16”x16”, weigh more than 50lbs, or be valued at over $100. Items deemed too be large, fragile, or that are valued at over $100 will need special care in regards to shipping and insurance. We are happy to professionally pack and ship these items for you using UPS Signature Service. Someone will need to sign for these deliveries. The packaging and handling fee of these items starts at $25 per package in addition to the UPS shipping charges. Large pieces of furniture or items too large to ship via UPS will need to be picked up or the buyer will need to contact a 3rd party freight carrier such as Uship. We charge extra packing fees for these services to cover packing materials and labor. We do this so that we can continue to bring you the most convenient shipping options available for your purchases. If you opt for any of our shipping services, you will be invoiced and charged separately from your purchases. Buyers may also pick up their items at the Auction Gallery during our regular business hours or use the services of a 3rd party shipping agent. Once an item is called sold it will immediately become the responsibility of the buyer. Kasper’s cannot be held liable for any damage or theft of the item. If Kasper’s is shipping your item for you by USPS or UPS, you will be required to pay for insurance on the shipping. Should damage occur during shipping you will need to contact the shipper to make a claim. The auctioneer conducting this auction is licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, P.O. Box 12157, Austin, Texas, 512-463-6599 and protected through a recovery fund administered by this department. Any unresolved complaint can be directed to this department. The auctioneer in charge is Robin Kasper, License 17561. All disputes that may arise by virtue of and/or under the contractual relationship by and between the parties to this agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The venue of any legal action that may arise between the parties to these agreements and/or the auction proceedings conducted by Kasper Auction Co. will be in Travis County, Texas. Any cause of action and/or suit of any kind arising between the parties hereto (to include auctioneer, auction company, consignor or purchasers of goods at auction) must be commenced within one (1) year from the date the cause of action accrues or it will be forever barred. The right of action or suit will accrue and the one (1) year limitation period will begin to run, on the date of the breach, damage or injury is sustained and not when the resulting cost, damage, harm or loss is discovered.
