Description	The Holmes County Board of Supervisors hereby declares the following equipment to be surplus, and therefore, offered for sale to the highest bidder. (6) Dump Truck Units (4) Refuse Truck Units Bids will be accepted until Friday, 29 July 2016 at 5:00 PM, or until all bidders have ceased placing bids, whichever comes later. Thereafter, the Holmes County Board of Supervisors shall, at its sole and absolute discretion, accept or reject part or all of the offered bids. Unless otherwise noted, customer states that all units are in excellent condition and ready to work. Buyers may inspect units or ask general questions by contacting Vaughn Blaylock at 662.275.4663, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 6:00 PM CST.

Terms and Conditions

No unit shall be removed unless and until units are paid for, and all fees paid to the auction company. The Holmes County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any bid. Units and fees must be paid for and removed from the Holmes County Board of Supervisors property within 5 days of auction award. Awards will be made at the next Board of Supervisors Meeting after the ending of the sale . Winning bidders will be notified of their status within 24 hours. Buyer Preiums are in addition to final bid pricing. Winning bidders will be invoiced within 24 hours of the decision of the Board fo Supervisors of Holmes County. Payment shall be made prior to removing units from Holmes County property.

Shipping / Pick Up

All units are located in Holmes County, Mississippi, at various County Maintenance Offices. Southern Procurement Services may be able to assist with shipping sold units. Storage fees may apply if units are not paid for and picked up within 5 days of award by the Holmes County Board of Supervisors.
