1. All bidding is online. This auction will begin to close on Thursday, May 26 at 7:00 pm. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for bidding for two minutes after the last bid. 2. Previews can be held by appointment by calling 717-653-8871 or emailing mike@kellerauctioneers.com. The truck is located in East Hempfield Township, Lancaster PA. 3. Possession and transfer of title of will be scheduled with the winning bidder within 2 days of auction ending. 4. All auction items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you to come preview and inspect the truck. 5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate. 6. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. 7. Keller Auctioneers reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 8. Applicable taxes include PA sales tax of 6% which will be paid by buyer at transfer. 9. This auction has a 10% buyer's premium. This means that a final bid of $10,000 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $11,000 of which the sales tax of 6% will paid at the time of title transfer by buyer. 10. Winning buyer's $500 deposit will be paid with the credit card used to register for this auction at close of auction. Remaining balance is due at the time title transfer. Cash, wire transfers and cashier's checks are accepted for the remaining balance. Cards accepted for registration include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only. 11. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction. 12. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions. Keller Auctioneers are members of the National and State Auctioneers Associations. Non-paying and/or fraudulent bidder names may be shared with other auction companies.
