Auction Terms ** These Auction Terms apply to all Online, Webcast, and Live Auctions hosted by Kasper Auction Co., unless, otherwise noted in the auction description. 10% Buyer’s Premium Taxes: Residents of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax when applicable. All lots are sold “AS-IS WHERE IS” with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. (ALL SALES ARE FINAL!) Payment options include: CASH / Wire Transfers / Cashiers Checks & Money Orders/ Most Major Credit Cards Most Major Credit Cards We accept most major credit cards MasterCard, Visa, Discovery, American Express No Personal Checks without Pre-approval and Bank Guarantee All lots must be paid for on the day of the Auction. Lots may not be removed from Auction Gallery until they are paid in full. Lots won by Phone, Absentee, and Online bidders must be paid for within 2 business days. If items are not paid for in a timely manner they may be re-auctioned and you will be responsible for any amount of your original bid that is not recovered in the re-auctioning of the lot. You will be blocked from bidding in any other auctions until funds are recovered. Repeated offenses will result in a permanent ban from bidding. Unless otherwise stated we do not ship items. Bidders may use the services of a 3rd party shipper or pick up their items. We have included contact information below to 3rd party shippers we have worked with in the past. We have found that using a 3rd party shipping service is more affordable than what we can offer and allows our clients to shop around for the best deal on shipping. Austin Texas Auction Company All disputes that may arise by virtue of and/or under the contractual relationship by and between the parties to this agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The venue of any legal action that may arise between the parties to these agreements and/or the auction proceedings conducted by Kasper Auction Co. will be in Travis County, Texas. Any cause of action and/or suit of any kind arising between the parties hereto (to include auctioneer, auction company, consignor or purchasers of goods at auction) must be commenced within one (1) year from the date the cause of action accrues or it will be forever barred. The right of action or suit will accrue and the one (1) year limitation period will begin to run, on the date of the breach, damage or injury is sustained and not when the resulting cost, damage, harm or loss is discovered.
