Descriptions are our view and opinion as to condition. Sizes and or dimensions generally are noted and may be rounded to the half inch or so. All bidders must be registered. This includes a valid credit or debit card verification. Your card will be charged $1 to be verified as a valid account. You ultimately are not charged for but is absorbed by auctioneer to assure a valid account for payment- To assure payment for seller assets we are selling. Your registered card is not automatically charged for your invoice amount. We allow discounts for cash or approved check payments or will accept CC at checkout. Auctioneer bears the cost of 3-5 persons to gather your goods. $300-$500 per event. We do not have extra persons for loading or carryout of your goods. In the future if persons show up unprepared we reserve the option to ask you to call for help as needed. Bid high and often. Increments are shown in the portal. You may lose out for a small amount. Generally there are no reserves however in some cases they will be posted as opening bids. Items may be removed at will by the auctioneer as directed by the owners, sellers, or representative of any estate. All goods belong to them prior to the close of bidding and further explanation will not be offered or answered. In all and every case the auctioneer represents the interest of contract seller. Auctioneer may refuse to answer any and all questions concerning persons or events related to the auction event. Many of your questions make me uncomfortable. Any and all bidders for whom any payment by means other than cash has been declined will immediately be declined as bidders in any future event. No excuses necessary. We are responsible by law and action to collect all payments for our clients. Bad checks or credit cards will be prosecuted. I am a generally trusting person but there are limits. For shipping invoices your card may be processed twice, for payment and then for shipping costs. Shipping normally will occur within 3 business days of the end of auction event.
