The company proudly design and manufacture most of their fine jewelry in their state-of-the-art factory California in an eco-friendly manufacturing environment with responsibly sourced materials. Their award-winning jewelry has been recognized for its exceptional craftsmanship and versatile design by reputable publications as state-of-the-art and are a true testament to their creativity and vision. Michael John Jewelry is a family-owned business and takes pride in their great reputation and the continued satisfaction of their customers for over 30 years! 2. Merchandise: All items are new, unused and are sold in their current condition, as shown in the pictures and described. Please review the accompanying photos and descriptions and inquire about your questions and concerns prior to placing a bid. All bids are final once accepted. No return or exchange are permitted. 3. Shipping and Handling: Shipping will be organized within 5 to 7 business days upon receipt and settlement of payment. 4. We advise internet bidders to register at least 48 hours prior to the auction to ensure adequate time for processing and approval of their registration. 5. All successful online buyers will receive invoices within 24 hours following the conclusion of auction sale. In the event that a buyer does not receive email notification within this timeframe, please contact us via email at info@michaeljohnjewelry.com. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure payment for all purchased items. 6. All payments must be made in US dollars. Buyers are only permitted to collect items after payment has been made in full. Shipment will only occur after the bank liquidation process is completed. Payment is required within 7 days of receipt of billing invoices. Failure to make payment within this timeframe grants us the right to cancel the auction, resupply the goods, and hold the bidder accountable for a clearing loss equivalent to 15% of the total invoice amount. Ownership of the items will only transfer to the buyer upon receipt of full payment and associated fees by Michael John Jewelry. Failure to provide liquidation funds will also result in negative feedback reports regarding the buyer's online auction activities and may prohibit registration for future transactions. 7. All items are sold to the highest bidder as determined by Michael John Jewelry who acts as the arbitrator for any disputed bids and may, at their discretion, restart the bidding process or deem a bid improper. They also reserves the right to withdraw any item and re-auction them at a later time. Michael John Jewelry retains the authority to cancel any sale or offer both prior to, during, and after the auction. 8. Liquidated Damages: In the event that you place a bid and are declared the winning bidder for an item, yet fail to remit payment for the invoice issued to you or dispute the payment with any third-party entity, you agree to incur a clearing loss equivalent to 15% of the total invoice amount as specified by the auction house. By bidding on such lots, you hereby acknowledge your obligation to cover these liquidated damages, which aim to compensate for the irreparable harm incurred by Michael John Jewelry. Moreover, should the successful bidder fail to fulfill any payment obligations outlined in these terms and conditions, we reserve the sole discretion to report these outstanding payments to the Credit and Collection Agency, along with the aforementioned liquidated damages. 9. Transaction Dispute Resolution: By consenting to the terms and conditions of this auction, you acknowledge that there is no provision for refunds or exchanges. Michael John Jewelry acts as the mediator in any transaction disputes and reserves the right to arbitrate such matters. In cases involving transaction disputes that results in return or refund, the bidder will remain responsible for the shipping and handling costs for returning the item, applicable taxes, as well as a 15% restocking fee. 10. We do not offer any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All merchandise is purchased and accepted by buyer "As Is". There is no guarantee that any item complies with any applicable governmental rules, regulations, or standards of any kind.
