Please note there is a 17% Buyer Premium. Indiana state sales tax of 7% applies to each lot. To be exempt from state sales tax at auction, the Registered Retail Merchant Certificate, as well as an ST-105, are required. If you have Indiana tax exempt status, an ST-105 form must be e-mailed to info@earlywineauctions.com prior to close of business the day before the auction ends. All items are sold AS-IS - WHERE IS with no guarantees. All winning bids will be charged to account on file immediately after the close of the auction. To view items in person, you can stop by Taylored PCs Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. All items must be picked up on Saturday, April 20 from 10am - 4pm.
