PURCHASE AGREEMENTS MUST BE SIGNED ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 27, 2019 AT 12:00 NOON GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The home consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, full bath and enclosed porch. There is a patial basement. The home has a forced air propane furnace, and large garage/shop at the rear. LOT SIZE: 75' X 140'. TERMS: 20% of the purchase price to be paid down upon signing the purchase agreement and the balance shall be due on or before December 31, 2019. Possession shall be granted on closing. HOUSE DESCRIPTION: The home consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath, and 2 bedrooms on the main floor. There's also an enclosed porch and forced air gas furnace. Any personal property on the premises at closing is included in the sale and will belong to the new owner. TAXES: The 2019 real estate taxes are $166.22 and shall be paid by the Seller. TERMS: A non-refundable earnest deposit of 20% of the purchase price shall be paid down upon signing purchase agreements.
