All phone bids must be secured with a credit card. 2- Buyers Premium- Live in-house bidding at Village Square Auctions physical location is Thirteen percent, 13% with a 3% discount for Cash or check. For online bids placed through HIBID.com buyers premium is Eighteen percent , 18%. Phone bids buyers premium is 18%. 3- State sales tax is exempt for this estate. 4- Personal property- Buying items as is, where is, no guarantees, no warrenties, expressed or implied.
