1. A buyer's premium of 13% with a discount of 3% for Cash or good check will be added to the winning bid price for the total purchase price. 2. We charge 6.75% sales tax. 3. Once the Auctioneer says SOLD The buyer will be responsible for the items purchased and for the pickup of items. 4. Descriptions are believed to be accurate, but not guaranteed. It is the bidders responsibility to inspect items before placing bids. 5. No purchase will be released nor may be removed from the premises until paid for. 6. All items sell “as is”, “where is” with no guarantee. There are no refunds. 7. The Auctioneer reserves the right to determine the bid increments. 8. Verbal notifications the day of the auction supersede any written notifications. 9. Declined credit card transactions will incur a $30.00 per attempt to collect invoice balance. You agree not to initiate a dispute or issue a charge back on your credit card after your credit card has been charged. 10. Bad Checks will incur a $30.00 Collection Fee plus any lawyers fees that we incur trying to collect.
