CATALOG IS NOW COMPLETE! This auction features an assortment of shotguns, rifles and handguns out of local area estates. FFL transfers and background checks will be done onsite. Auction also features an assortment of tin wind up tanks, planes and carousels, vintage cap guns and holsters from the 1940's and 50's. All of the toys are in excellent working condition. Knives, swords, fishing rods and reels, various collectibles and a bit of furniture will be in the auction.
All items are being sold as is, where is for live bidders. Preview starts at 10am the day of the live auction. If you need an alternate time to preview please call us at 512-548-6704 to set a time. 100% money back on any lot that is not as described or pictured for Internet Bidders. 12% in-house cash Buyer's Premium; 15% for ALL internet bidders AND credit cards for in-house bidders. A background check will be ran on all gun purchases after the firearm has been paid for. If you have a record and know that you will not pass the background do not bid. A $25 fee will be charged for persons that fail the background check but the remainder of your purchase amount will be refunded. We will try to run all checks as the firearmss are purchased but please expect a delay. All guns will be transferred to the new owner's name once the BG check has cleared. Be sure to fill out the Firearm Background Check form very carefully because if there is an incorrect box checked you will have to wait for 30 days before you can try to purchase another firearm. You can pick up your items after the auction on Sunday or M-F 11am - 3pm the week following the auciton. If alternate times are needed please let us know in advance. For items that you want shipped, the credit card on file will be charged. Shipping fees may be charged separately from your invoice once the cost is determined. An email will be sent to you for you to review your invoice and respond back with any concerns. Payment is due at the time of pickup or you may respond back to charge your card and ship your items. For orders that require shipping, the credit card you registered with will be charged. Please call us at 512-548-6704 if you have any questions or concerns.
Pick up can be done by 5pm the day of the auction OR the T-F 11- 3pm following the close of the auction at the auction house. Call before you come to make sure someone will be there. If you need a time outside of these hours, just call us and we will schedule another time. FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE WITH US BY EMAIL OR PHONE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION MAY RESULT IN YOUR CREDIT CARD BEING CHARGED AND THE LOSS OF THE 3% CASH DISCOUNT. ITEMS LEFT AT THE AUCTION HOUSE AFTER 2 WEEKS WITHOUT COMMUNICATION MAY RESULT IN YOUR ITEMS BEING RESOLD AND NOT REFUNDED. PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH US AND PICK UP YOUR ITEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER. The amount charged to you will be the cost that is determined by the shipper. In some instances that require a lot of extra packing supplies or labor, a handling fee may be charged, but this is rare. Shipping will be done using USPS Priority or First Class mail. For special circumstances we will ship UPS or FedEX if you request it. The credit card that you used to register with will be charged for items BEFORE any shipping is done. In certain instances, shipping fees may be charged separately once that is determined for larger items that we have to physically take to the shipper to get pricing for. We will charge a small fee if deemed necessary for special packing supplies needed to ship your item safely. Insurance may be purchased for fragile items. Bear in mind that large and/or heavy items will be charged additonal fees by the shipper. We will ship by ABF Freight if needed.
