Tax will be added to all sales, if you are tax exempt an NTTC Certificate must be filed with cashier if there is no certificate on file you will be charged tax. Items not picked up on auction day will be charged $2.00 per item, each day for storage unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. All items sold as-is, where is with NO warranties expressed or implied. All announcements made auction day supercede any written or verbal communications. Refunds are prohibited, NO EXCEPTIONS!

All items are to be picked up at conclusion of Auction unless other arrangements have been made with auctioneer. If Items are shipped buyer will pay all shipping and handling. Online purchases are available for pick up at auction house or will be shipped, all items shipped are at the expense of buyer.
