General Terms: All items sell "as is where is" with no warranty expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the merchantibility or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. All written material is subject to change so please call before traveling for a particular unit. Announcements made day of the auction take precedence over printed material. Payment: Complete payment must be made auction day by cash, cashiers check, personal or company check, Visa or Mastercard. A 3% buyers premium is in effect with a 3% discount for payment by cash or check which makes your buyer premium 0%. Sales Tax: All items will be charged 6% Michigan Sales Tax. For exemption on sales tax for ag, resale, industrial processing or other valid use, buyers will need to sign the appropriate sales tax exemption form.
