Online bidding and simulcast bidding involves cooperation of cellular service, computer software and hardware. Any issues or errors arising from these interchanges is not the repsonsibility of the auctioneer or auction company. Pre bidding will begin on October 18th. On Wednesday October 25th the online auction will go live and bidders will be able to place bids online. Purchaser will not be entitled to any adjustment , allowance, rescission, or damages or any other remedy regarding the condition of any item purchased. Purchased items will not be released until the total purchase price has been fully paid. A minimum hold of $5000.00 (full purchase price if less than $5000.00) will be placed on your credit or debit card until full payment is received.
