Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted. South Dakota sales tax charged on all items. If you are tax exempt, you must have a current resale form on file with Bradeen Auctions. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout, or sales tax will be charged. No exceptions! You must contact Bradeen Auctions by phone, email, or in person during the scheduled onsite settlement if payment is other than the credit card used for registration. You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the end of the scheduled settlement. Shipping services available at buyer's risk and expense. Bradeen Auctions is not responsible for any acts or omissions in regard to handling, packing or shipping. As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items. All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. ---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES--- <b>Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium.</b> As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items. Actual cost of shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), packaging, and insurance (if requested) will be charged in addition to any handling and storage fees. *ADDITIONAL NOTE* Buyer must take possession of all items no later than 30 days from the auction closing unless storage arrangements have been made. Minimum storage and handling fees still apply. If the buyer has not taken possession of all items by this time the property will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert to Bradeen Auctions.
