Bidders failure to inspect or otherwise be fully informed as to the nature, quality, condition, and/or quantity of items will not result in the grounds of any claim, adjustments, refunds, or termination of purchase. As a bidder placing a bid is a binding contact between the buyer and the owner/seller. The bid cannot be retracted after the item is declared sold. Once sold the buyer is responsible for their items. The auctioneer is providing a service as an independent contractor between the owner/seller only, and is not responsible for statements made by other parties. The seller reserves the right to place minimum bids of their choice on select items. Cash, check with bank letter of guarantee, and credit card accepted. A 3% handling fee will be charged to all accounts and a 3% discount to all accounts settled by cash or check. Sales tax will be charged.
