Description	This Auction will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn by the Airport in Cleveland in the Garnet Room I & II. Access to the room can be made from Outside or from the Main Lobby. Plenty of Parking. This auction is filled with wonderful and unique items. Just a couple to mention are 1960's Enesco Snow White Disney Cookie Jar, 1950's Regal Little Red Riding Hood Cookie Jar, 1942 Superman Original Book, Vintage Limoges T&V Bowl with Stand, Many Hummels, Many Royal Doulton, Coins, Fenton Glass, Knives, Swarkovski Crystal Mickey Mouse, Cybis Figurines, Sports Memorabilia, A Miller Neon Sign, Rare Gemstone, Rare Artifacts, Jewelry, Beaded Purses, and so Much More. We will be accepting Absentee Bids Online for the first 93 items. If you cannot make the auction you can place your max bids online for the items shown online or if you want for other items pictured please email us and we will send you a form to fill out, we will be your proxy for you at the auction. However if you can make it , of course we would like to see you there. If you do make an Absentee Bid and show up we will still be your proxy to make sure it is fair for all of those that place an absentee Bid for just those items that you place the bid on. There will also be another approx 150 other fabulous items such as Choice of Hummels (TMK3, 4, and 5/6), Choice of 7 Royal Doulton Reflection Figures, Gemstones, more high end Collectibles and much more. Terms and Conditions 1. You MUST be registered, be at least 18yo and have a bidders card to bid. 2. Winning bidders may pay with Credit Card or Cash only (sorry no Checks) 3. There is a 10% Buyers premium for Cash and 13% for CC this auction 4. There will be NO Sale Tax for this auction 5. All items are sold AS-IS where is and with no Warranties 6. All items are available for your inspection prior and during the auction 7. All Sales are final 8. Once an item is sold it will be placed back in a secured area until winning bidder pays and presents a Paid in Full Invoice. If the winning bidder is an absentee they will be contacted for payment and shipping if needed. 9. No items may be removed from the premise until paid in full 10. If there are any disputes, of any kind for any reason, the auctioneer calling the auction is granted the final say 11. Sold means Sold. Item will not be resold or reopened unless the auctioneer determines it is necessary 12. Absentee Bids will be accepted online and on location with the proper documents are on file prior to the sale and the Auctioneer and/or Auction Firm Personnel will be responsible for processing all bids. 13. Items purchased need to be removed the day of the auction. If items are left they will be considered Abandon and will be trashed

Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping will be available to any person that does an Absentee bid and wins There will be a $5.00 Handling Fee for the 1st lot won and $2.00 for any lot won after. We will send you an email with an updated invoice with shipping and handling. Once you receive it and everything is good please just email us back and say good to ship. Until we get this we will not ship the item. However we will charge for the item within 24hrs of the auction ending if nothing is heard back. By bidding you are agreeing to this term.
