Successul bidders are required to pay for their purchases within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard or Discover. 3% servivce fee will be added to credit card purchases of $1,000 or more. Payment also accepted by wire transfer. Local bidders may pay when picking up purchases, arrangements must be made within 24 hours. Purchases are subject to sales tax, unless purchaser provides Auction Company with a verified tax exemption permit. Arrangements must be made within 24 hours of auction close. All other purchasers may arrange for packing and shipping through UPS. Purchases will be delivered to a UPS shipper within 24 hours of full settlement. Purchasers are responsible for contacting shipper to make payment arrangements. Mr. Ed's is not responsible for items after acceptance by Shipper. Buyer's Premium will be refunded to purchasers who pick up items at Mr. Ed's facility in Catoosa within 3 days of auction close. Measurements provided in descriptions of framed items are approximate dimensions of the frame, not the print. Descriptions have been provided by persons deemed reliable, but are not guaranteed by the Auction Company. All items are offered "as-is, where-is" without warranty.
