1. Payment must be made within 24 hours after the auction ends. Your credit card will be charged unless you made prior arrangements to pay cash at pick up. Kentucky State Sales Tax of 6% will be charged at this sale unless you provide a current resale certificate and sign the state approved exemption form. 2. Pick up of the content of the units will occur on October 23 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Be sure that you have removed your contents on that date. Any contents not picked up will incur a $50 clean out fee and will be considered abandoned by the owner. Those contents deemed to have been abandoned will be disposed of by the storage facility staff at their discretion. 3. Units will need to be emptied of all contents and broom swept. Any units that are intentionally left with contents will incur a $50 cleanout fee. Those buyers that leave contents including trash will also barred from participating in any storage unit auctions we hold in the future. 4. Units are not to be sorted onsite. Please take the contents to your facility to sort at your convenience. 5. By registering for this auction you are agreeing to all its terms and conditions and further accept and authorize charges to your credit card for the cost of the contents and any clean out fees you might incur. 6. A ten percent (10%) Buyers Premium will be charged at this sale.
