All Credit card purchases using VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card will be processed at the close of the auction only. No credit cards will be able to be processed at pickup. A 3% fee will be charged for those paying with a credit card. California Sales Tax of 8,125% applies as required by law. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing Thursday, October 5th - 7:00pm CDT at the rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of the lot closing. ITEM PICK-UP/LOAD OUT: Shipping Is Available! Winning bidders must pick their items up in Petaluma CA on Saturday Oct 7th from noon - 6pm and Sunday, Oct 8th from 10 - 2pm. Any items left after the specified load out/pickup dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made and approved by the auctioneer. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment if applicable. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials & moving equipment as necessary. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined.
