CONDITION: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. All sales are final. All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s). All refrigeration items come with an ON SITE GUARANTEE. If you buy any item of refrigeration in this auction the seller will pulg it in and let you see it operating before it leaves the building. once it leaves the building there is no guarantee. You MUST CALL IN ADVANCE and make your removal appointment. When you arrive the item should be rnning and operating properly. If it is not, the seller will either fix it, or give you a full refund. In the event any item is lost, damaged, or stolen, before it is removed from the auction site, the buyer will be limited to a refund of the purchase price. The seller and/or Wester Auction will not be liable for more than the purchase price of any item. PREVIEW: You may preview the items on Wednesday, September 05 from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM. PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice. If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have 24 hours to make full restitution, with another credit card. If you fail to pay your invoice IN FULL within the first 24 hours, Wester Auction reserves the right to sell the items on your invoice. In addition, you will be removed from our approved bidders list, and not be allowed to purchase from us in the future. REMOVAL: The removal period will be Thursday, Sept. 21 and Friday, Sept. 22, 2017, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Removal of all items will be the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer will provide all manpower, equipment, and tools necessary for the removal of the purchased items. The buyer agrees to meet the removal schedule posted. Any item remaining after the removal period will be deemed abandoned and will be discarded at the discretion of the seller.
