- All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", with all faults if any. No warranties given or implied. - All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed although we try to provide full disclosure on all items, Murphy's Auction Services will not be held responsible for errors or ommisions. - Previewing the item is highly encouraged - By placing a bid on an item, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. - We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion - All items have to be paid in full before removal and are subject to the 15% tax NO EXCEPTIONS. - 12% Buyers Premium which is the sole property of Murphy Auction Services and there will be a 10% Buyer's Premium for Cash, Debit or E-transfer transactions. - Payment types that we accept are Visa, Mastercard, debit, cash, e-transfer. - All winning bids need to be picked up the Thursday and Friday following the Auction. (Monday if Friday is a Holiday ) - For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Shipping / Pick Up

Pick up is at 1660 Melanson Road in Greater Lakeburn, NB. Although we do keep boxes and packing materials on hand, in some cases we run out. So if you could bring boxes for your items that were won, it would be greatly appreciated. We also have people here to help you load if necessary.
