Bidders shall register online with Auction Company using complete identification prior to bidding.
Item's must be paid in full before pickup. All items and/or property will be sold as is and where is with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition. Every effort is made for safe keeping of merchandise but buyer is immediately responsible for all items for which he has the winning bid.
Arrangement for pickup can be made by calling Monika 307-272-5692 or Doug 208-539-2157. We will also be available on Sunday afternoon and Monday between 1 P.M and 5 P.M following the sale
Bids are irrevokable.
Bidders must do the necessary "due diligence" on the item(s) or property prior to bidding and rely solely on their own judgement when bidding, understanding that descriptions are informational only and not a guarentee of quality or value.
Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot or item(s) prior to the time of lot or item(s) being offered. Auctioneer may separate or consolidate any lot)s) at their sole discretion. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject bids that are not in the best interest of the seller.
In a lot with a stated quantity of more than one (1), the bid shall be multiplied times the quantity to determine the total cost of the lot unless specifically stated otherwise.
If Auctioneer reserves the right to act in the best interest of his client, the Seller and in doing so, Auctioneer may choose to reject a bid and withdraw any item(s) from the auction. Having acknowledged an opening bid, Auctioneer, acting in the best interest of the seller, may decide that an advance is not sufficient and reject the advance.
Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of any approved party.
Buyer accepts ownership and responsiblitiy for the item(s) upon close of the sale of the item. Neither Seller, Auctioneer, nor Auction Company shall be responsible for loss, theft, or damage after close of sale of the item(s) for which buyer has the winning bid.
Payment shall be by PayPal, a Bank Wire Transfer or approved Credit Card. All payments must be made in full before items will be released.
Bidders are responsible for all removal, shipping, and damage costs incurred for their items purchased.
In the event the buyer fails to pay for the entire purchase within the time set forth by the Auction Company, and/or fails to comply with any of the conditions or terms of sale: Seller may retain item(s) and/or seek to recover any damages without futher notice.
Deficiencies caused by default on the Auction agreement shall be due to the Auction Company together with all charges, fees and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees shall be the responsiblity of defaulting Buyer.
Should a dispute arise, Auction Company records shall be conclusive. Auctioneer, in their sole discretion, will determine the final disposition of the item(s).
