BE AWARE: Ivory, Baleen or any marine mammal products to include whale bone, seal skin, polar bear rough, etc., cannot be purchased or shipped to anyone outside of the United States. Guns must be picked up in person unless arrangements have been made to send the gun to an FFL holder in your area. We will not ship ammunition outside of Alaska! All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantee expressed or implied. Do not bid unless you have inspected the items and determined the condition for yourself. We make every effort to describe all items as complete and detailed as possible, however the seller and/or Alaska Auction Co., (Auctioneers) are not responsible for any incorrect description or defect in any lot and make no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied as to the authenticity of the item being sold. All descriptions, conditions, years, models, etc of equipment on this website have been obtained from sources deemed reliable. However, neither the seller nor the Auctioneers are responsible for any errors in description or condition. If you live outside the Anchorage area your credit card will be automatically charged the amount due plus the shipping/handling fees. Your items will be shipped within 2-3 business days following the auction and a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you live outside the greater Anchorage area and DO NOT want your items sent please call (907) 349-7078 and let us know so we can hold them for pick up. For all local bidders please pick up your items the day of the auction or the following business day. After the allotted time you will be charged a $20 per day storage fee. Auction personnel are not always available. You will need to make an appointment if you can't pick up during normal business hours. Shipping / Pick Up

NEW SHIPPING POLICY: If you are an online successful bidder and reside in the greater Anchorage area we will NOT automatically ship your items NOR charge your credit card. If you reside outside the greater Anchorage area your items will automatically be processed for shipping according to the following guidelines. We will charge a flat rate of $20 minimum handling fee (this may be more depending on time and materials). In addition to the handling fee, the shipping charges will be automatically calculated through USPS at whatever the actual cost of shipping they charge - this will include insurance, tracking, and priority 2-3 day shipping. Unfortunately, due to the cost and paperwork necessary to ship ammunition, we are unable to ship ammo to anyone in-state or out of state, we are sorry!!! PLEASE READ... VERY IMPORTANT!! If you do not wish your items to be shipped and you are registered with an out of state address or live outside the greater Anchorage area (by which we mean anywhere in Alaska that takes longer than 4-5 hours to get here) then you are responsible to call or email us to let us know. Your credit card WILL be charged the invoice amount INCLUDING SHIPPING at the end of the auction and we will begin gathering and packaging your items at that time, as well. There will be no refunds to shipping/handling costs attached to your invoice once the auction is completed! We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we spend time and materials to get everything prepared and packaged for shipping and the occurrence that people let us know after the fact is happening too frequently. Thank you for understanding! ALTERNATE COSTS: It will be a $75 shipping fee for any framed artwork, $60 shipping fee for any handgun, and $100 shipping fee for any long gun. We will provide boxes for any firearm that does not have its own. We will only ship firearms to another FFL holder, so when a gun is purchased please contact us immediately with proper information from your local FFL (you may fax or email a copy of their license). Local Bidders - Checkout Dates and Times Authorized pick up days are the day of the auction or the next business day. We are closed Sundays. Deliveries are available at $80.00 per man hour.
