Bidding Information Bidders: You must be registered to bid at EACH sale. There is no charge to register. You may pre-register during the preview or register on the day of the auction. Preview registration will save you time on the sale date. There will be a preview time for all auctions. This is the time to inspect the items and look for any damage, etc. Since the auction is AS-IS this is very important. We try to notify you if we know of any damage but it is your responsibility to inspect items that interest you. Buyer's Premium will be added automatically to the final price upon settlement and is payable without relief to Carson City Auction Company. The buyer's premium is 15%. The buyer's premium is a standard amount that will be added to each item you purchase. For instance, if you win a bid at $10.00 for an item, your bill will be the $10.00 plus 15% ($1.50) ALL BIDS ARE FINAL AT AUCTION. There is no 'cooling off period'. If you are awarded the final bid, ownership changes hands at the drop of the gravel. You own the merchandise and are responsible for payment in full. ALL LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS and it is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise before the auction!!! PAYMENT TERMS for Live Auctions: Cash or credit cards (Visa MasterCard, American Express, Discover logos only.) Payment is required on the day of purchase, unless other terms are pre-arranged. You must have a valid identification with you (such as a driver's license, passport or other government issued photo identification card). PURCHASER'S AGREEMENT: Purchaser agrees to purchase said LOT for the purchase price of the last bid plus buyer's premium; that upon making settlement, that NO stop payment of funds will be honoured; and any stop payment orders of credit card; shall be deemed by the parties to prima facie evidence of Fraud existing at the time the transaction was consummated and shall be construed by the parties as an intent to defraud in order to not consummate the transaction. SHIPPING: Shipping is NOT available at this time and all purchases must be picked up at the Carson City Auction Company or the on-site location by Sunday, August 27th at 12:00pm PST. Winning bidders are responsible for their own removal -- Carson City Auction Company is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. All merchandise not removed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by Carson City Auction Company's discretion. By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest their transaction. Carson City Auction Company and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time. Carson City Auction Company nor any of its employees make and repredentation of warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, completeness or conditions of any item as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, or age of any item.
