On Site Auction August 24th @ 11AM: Bankruptcy Liquidation of Construction Company Machinery & Equipment. In Re: WLC GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, LLC. Chapter 7 Case No. 17-21851 (JKS). Pettibone Traverse Rough Terrain Telehandlers, Toyota Propane Forklifts, Case TR320 Front Loader, Bobcat Skid Steer, Hydro Mobile P-Series Mast Climbing System, Rod Chomper Rebar Cutter, Ford Econoline Super Duty Vans, GMC Sierra Dump Truck, Scaffolding, and much more.
All merchandise will be sold "as-is where-is" and NO REPRESENTATIONS or warranties of any kind expressed or implied are being made by Auctioneer or Seller with respect to the condition of the merchandise, its fitness for any particular purpose, or the quantities or descriptions being provided by Auctioneer. Buyers must do their own due diligence including conducting an inspection of the merchandise being auctioned and determining the quantities, descriptions and condition of all such merchandise contained in this catalogue and/or presented at auction. Pictures in online catalog may not represent actual items being offered. 10% Buyer's Premium added to final invoice. All Bidders agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and agree to be bound thereby. REGISTRATION: Buyers must register prior to bidding at this auction sale. All bidders must provide a driver's license or other form of government issued identification. By registering you represent and warrant that any and all Buyer information is correct. Auctioneer reserves the right to deny any registered bidder at any time at its sole discretion without notification. INSPECTION: Bidders may inspect the offering on Wednesday August 23rd from 12PM to 3PM and two hours prior to auction from 9AM to 11AM on Thursday August 24th. You may only be able to inspect the offering during these time periods. The auction starts at 11AM, so please give yourself enough time prior to the start of the auction to inspect the lots you are interested in. RE: INSPECTION OF VEHICLES & LIFTS. You will only be able to start vehicles and lifts during the Wednesday August 23rd inspection time period. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: A 20% minimum deposit is due at the time of successful bid in cash, certified, or cashier’s bank check for lots that are above $250. For example, if a lot sells for $600, you must provide a deposit of $120 at the time of successful bid. Final payment must be made at conclusion of auction. No items can be removed until entire invoice is paid in full. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell buyer’s lots with buyer forfeiting their deposit if full payment is not made. Certified/Bank Checks must be made out to the name of the bidder (not a company) and endorsed over to Auctioneer upon successful bid. Business checks accepted if accompanied by a Specific Bank Letter of Guarantee (see catalog for sample). No Credit Cards. No Personal Checks. Bulk bidders (if applicable) must submit a 25% deposit in certified funds prior to the start of the auction. Final payment must be made at conclusion of auction. REMOVAL: No goods will be released to the purchaser until the entire bill is paid for in full. Removal of small items (no vehicles, lifts, large equipment -see announcement below) will begin on Thursday, August 24th after the conclusion of the auction and continue on Friday August 25th, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Buyers must remove the merchandise from the premises at their own risk, expense and liability. Auctioneer is not responsible for items that are not removed within the time specified and has the option of dumping, storing or re-selling any item purchased at the expense and risk of the Buyer. You will be assigned a pickup/removal time for your items at the conclusion of the auction. VEHICLES & HEAVY EQUIPMENT ANNOUNCEMENT: Vehicles and their contents will be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with no warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of use or merchantability. Buyer agrees that all vehicles are being offered “With All Faults.” All bidders, including Buyer, are responsible for inspecting vehicles prior to bidding and each bidder represents that it has done so and is being allowed to bid at this auction in reliance upon such representation. Neither Auctioneer nor Seller shall be responsible for any printed errors or omissions in regard to year, make, model or mileage of vehicles or any other defects. The successful bidder must register the vehicle with the state Motor Vehicle Department after purchasing it and assumes full responsibility for transfer and ownership registration. Seller warrants and covenants that it has title to, and is the true and legal owner of the vehicles being auctioned herein (subject to express exception below); that all vehicles are free from any liens unless otherwise indicated; and that Seller has the power and authority to sell and transfer title to any vehicle, subject to Court approval. In coordination with Auctioneer, bidders are responsible for vehicle transportation/removal of the vehicles from the auction site. Individuals must be at least 18 years old in order to bid on any vehicle. Do not bid on any vehicle unless you understand all the rules of this auction. If you are a winning bidder, you will fill provide us with a name and valid address. REMOVAL OF VEHICLES: PRIOR TO BEING ALLOWED TO REMOVE ANY VEHICLES, THE WINNING BIDDER MUST HAVE TENDERED FULL PAYMENT FOR THE VEHICLES AND PRESENTED VALID PROOF OF INSURANCE. If a Bidder plans to pay with a non-certified check accompanied by a bank letter of specific guarantee on any vehicles, we will need to get confirmation that your check has cleared before releasing the vehicle and the title to you. *Forklift buyer agrees that Auctioneer may use such forklift until move out is complete. Forklifts therefore can be picked up after 4 PM Friday August 25th or by appointment with Auctioneer.
