As a bidder placing a bid is a binding contact between the buyer and the owner/seller. The bid cannot be retracted after the item is declared sold. Once sold the buyer is responsible for their items. The auctioneer is providing a service as an independent contractor between the owner/seller only, and is not responsible for statements made by other parties. A 3% handling fee will be charged to all accounts and a 3% discount to all accounts settled by cash. Sales tax will be charged. Valid government issued photo ID required for all prospect bidders. All bidders must register and obtain a bidding number prior to placing a bid. All buyers must read and sign to full terms and conditions prior to receiving a bidding number.
