Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of items purchased. If the foregoing conditions or any other applicable conditions are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to Auctioneer and Seller by law, including without limitation, the right to hold the purchaser liable for the bid price, the Auctioneer, at their option may (1) resell the property publicly or privately, with purchaser being liable for the payment of any deficiency plus all costs incurred, or (2) cancel the sale, retaining liquidated damages on all payments made by purchaser, Auctioneer commission and all other incidental damages will be charged. 9. Payment Terms
Cash Or Approved Check Day of sale. Visa/MC/Amex/Discover. 15% Buyer Premium for Absentee Bids. Everything Sold "As Is" with no warranties of any kind. Valid Creidt card reguired to register. Items not paid for on the day of the auction will be applied to the credit card on file on Friday at the end of the Auction. Maryland Sales tax (6%) will be charged.
Local Pickup is recommended. Items can be picked up at the Auction Site on Monday - Friday by Appointment the following week. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower (Personnel to carry your items), tools, boxes, wrapping paper, tape, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. We will have Staff onsite to assist you in locating your items but they may not be available to assist in carrying of items. If items not picked up or Arrangement made for shipping those items will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company and/or property owner. Allen and Marshall Auctioneers and Appraisers, LLC does not offer shipping. However, shipping is available through the local UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD. Please contact Milt at 410-749-5070 with questions. We will coordinate getting the items to the UPS Store upon completion of payment for the items. Allen and Marshall Auctioneers and Appraisers, LLC has no affiliation with the Pack and Ship store and has no control over pick-up fees or shipping freight fees through the UPS Store. It should be understood that this type of shipping can be expensive. Allen & Marshall Auctioneers and Appraisers is not a shipping company. If you want something packed or shipped via the the UPS Pack and Ship store we will deliver the items for you. If you wish to use any other company for shipping please have them pick the items up for you.
