On FRIDAY morning, after the auction has closed, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the entire amount of your purchases. 2. STAGGERING CLOSE: This online auction will close multiple items per minute. Shumate Auctions WILL NOT SHIP. 6. SALES TAX: Virginia State Sales tax will be collected. If you are tax exempt, you must email (shumateauction@aol.com) or fax(540-359-6030) a copy of your ST-10 form PRIOR to auction closing. You can obtain a VA form online at www.tax.virginia.gov. State Tax will be applied if your signed tax exempt form is not on file. We cannot accept a verbal number. 7. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you bid $100, at checkout you will be chared $115 plus VA State Tax of .053%. 8. PAID RECEIPT: You will receive an emailed receipt for your purchases by 9AM on Friday after the auction closes, pickup day.
