Description
Selling 40 Properties for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Geneva County, all located in or near Samson, Alabama. Properties consist of FARMS, ACREAGE TRACTS, HOUSES and RESIDENTIAL LOTS.
Buyer's Premium 10%. All Bids are Final. All items are sold as is/where is, buyer is responsible for disassembly and removal of items. Inspection prior to bidding is recommended and available. Buyer is responsible for all freight, handling costs, and taxes where applicable. Full settlement is due on day of sale. ACCEPTED forms of payment: Cash, Cashier's Check/Money Order, Personal/Business Check with Bank Letter of Guarantee. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express - (3% Fee Applies to Credit Card Purchases). Credit Cards must match driver's license to be accepted by Coastal Auction Co., Inc.

Payment Terms
REAL ESTATE DOWN PAYMENT (DEPOSIT): The Winning Bidder shall be required to make an earnest money down payment equal to 15% of the total purchase price on Auction Day. This deposit must be paid by wire transfer (or by certified funds), by close of business the day following the bidder being declared the Winning Bidder. Winning Bidder whose documents and deposit are not received within the required timeframe are subject to paying a liquidated damages amount equal to the down payment (charged to the credit card used at registration) and will not be allowed to bid in any future Coastal Auction Co., Inc, events. NOTE: 10% Buyer's Premium will be applied to determine the final sale price. Balance due at closing within 30 days. Property taxes prorated.
