Description	Large Primitives, Advertising and Signs Auction. Items include Dekalb, John Deere, Oliver, Amish made Buggy, Horse tac, collars, pulleys, tractor seats, milk jugs, sugar buckets, books and advertising on farm equiptment, farm ledgers, pictures, signs old and new, dekalb weathervane signs, milk bottles, antique wood phones, wheels, glassware, enamal ware, belt buckles, pencils and yard sticks, buggy seats, Standard Oil pieces, milking stools, feed sacks and so much more!

Terms and Conditions

All items sold as is, where is. No warranty expressed or implied. All items must be removed the day of sale. Vicary Auctions will work with buyers to arrange alternate pickup for large items or any items needing to be shipped will have shipping and handling charges added to the total cost of the item(s). Valid Photo ID required for registration. The majority of our items will sell with no reserve; however, there are times that a reserve may be necessary. Vicary Auctioneers will announce there is a reserve before the item is auctioned if a reserve has been placed on an item. Vicary Auctions reserves the right to sell at public auction (minus normal sales commission) any property left in storage over 30 days. 10% buyer's premium for in-house bidders. 15% buyer's premium for Online, Absentee and Phone Bidders 7% Indiana Sales Tax Payments Accepted in the form of cash, check, cashier's check, MasterCard or Visa (3% convenience fee for use of MC/Visa). Out of state checks require a bank letter of credit for any amounts over $3,000 $50 returned check fee will be charged on any returned checks.

Shipping / Pick Up

All items purchased by in house bidders must be removed from the premises the day of the auction unless other arrangements have been made with in house staff of Vicary Auctions. Items won through internet, phone or absentee bid must be paid in full before shipping is calculated. Shipping will be caculated based on the least expensive option for all bidders. We do check all services such as USPS, Fed ex, UPS and for larger items we will check pricing with freight companies. Any items not picked up or shipping arrangements made within 30 days of auction, will become property of Vicary Auctions for resale at a later date. Bidder then forfeits items and any monies paid.
