All phone bids must be secured with a credit card. 2- Buyers Premium- Live in-house bidding at Village Square Auctions physical location is Thirteen percent, 13%. For online bids placed through HIBID.com buyers premium is Fifteen, 15%. Phone bids buyers premium is 15%. 3- State sales tax will be collected of 7.5%. 4- Personal property- Buying items as is, where is, no guarantees, no warrenties, expressed or implied.
