All purchases are to be paid in full on the day of the auction sale. All information/descriptions are believed to be correct. All purchases are ‘As Is’. The auctioneer and/or owners issue no warranty or guarantee as to genuineness of, authenticity of, or defect of any item and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. All sales are final when awarded to the successful bidder. Buyer accepts full responsibility for purchases made. Seller reserves the right to refuse sale and have last bid. Employees of Bill Downs Auction Service have the right to bid on and purchase items at any auction. The auction company, clerks and owners are free of any liabilities in the event of theft or disappearance of any purchased items. No items removed from premises without full settlement.
