A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchased lots. Check, cash, or Visa/Mastercard accepted as payment upon pick up. 3% charge on all credit card purchases. Local Pick Up ONLY! Must pay at pickup on Wednesday, July 26th from 10AM to 6PM. Preview Dates & Times: Monday, July 10th and Thursday, July 13th from 12PM to 6PM at 12 Lynnwood, in Searcy, AR. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO REFUNDS. Any merchandise not paid for in full within 2 days of auction close becomes property of auctioneer and bidder forfeits any binding winning bids.
