REGISTRATION: By registering and accepting a bid number online, the bidder acknowledges they have read, understand and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of auction posted online in this document. ONLINE BIDDERS: When you sign up for a bidder number your credit card number will be retain and charged for your purchase, unless payment arrangements have been made prior to the close of auction with Nielsen's Auctions. Cash and check payments will be accepted onsite during the loadout period within a week after the auction. By clicking the accept button online, you enter in to a binding legal agreement with Nielsen's Auctions. Nielsen's Auctions is providing Internet online bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that internet service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Nielsen's Auctions or anyone else if their internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction closes.   GENERAL TERMS OF AUCTION: It is the bidder's responsibility to preview and inspect the items prior to bidding/buying and determine the condition of the item they are bidding on. All articles of merchandise are offered "As Is, Where Is" by lot, individually or in groups as described in the online catalog. No claim will be considered for allowance adjustment or rescission of any sale based upon the failure of the property to correspond to any particular standards or expectations of the buyer. It is important that the buyer avail themselves of the inspection periods. All items sold "AS IS" meaning the bidder is responsible for due diligence in inspecting all items. Auction Sales Co. will pass on any information, good or bad, that the seller gives to us in describing the items. However, it is up to buyer to determine the condition of the item they are bidding on. All sales are final. When a bidder is awarded the winning bid on an item, that bidder instantly becomes the new owner of that item and is completely responsible for that item. NIELSEN'S AUCTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW OR RE-CATALOG ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION.   PAYMENT: Payment in full is due at the closing of the online bidding. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT THE CLOSE OF AUCTION unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed with Nielsen's Auctions. Cash and check payments will be accepted during the loadout period within one week after the auction ONLY if prior arrangements have been made! Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full.    BUYERS PREMIUM: A standard 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to EACH LOT purchased at the auction. CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: An additional 4% processing fee will be charged. We accepts: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Your credit card number will be retained, for this auction only, and charged for your purchase(s) and/or shipping unless payment arrangements have been made and confirmed prior to closing of auction.   REMOVAL OF ITEMS/SHIPPING & HOLD HARMLESS: Removal, shipping and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Small items may be shipped to non-local/out of town buyers at buyers expense. Nielsen's Auctions will notify buyers of shipping charges prior to charging their credit card.  Items may be picked up within one week after the auction. Any Item left after one week will be deemed abandoned and will become the property of Nielsen's Auctions. Purchaser shall make his own arrangements for insurance coverage for all items purchased. The purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nielsen's Auctions against any and all liability, loss, costs, damages and other expenses arising from loading out of items by Nielsen's Auctions on the purchaser's behalf. All lots must be removed within the times noted in these terms and conditions.
