Description
This is a live auction with online bidding. The auction will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Storm Lake. Agent Comments 90+ CSR2 farms on the open market are very rare. These high quality farms are held closley and often traded privately. Mr. Clausen has chosen to offer this farm to the public via an auction and you will have the opportunity to buy it on August 4th. Sale Method The farms will be sold by live public auction with online bidding available. Lakeshore Drive Storm Lake Iowa on the NE edge of the lake across the road from Kings Point Waterpark. Possession Full possession March 1, 2018 Closing The closing will be held on September 13th FSA Information 155.22 Farmland 148.40 Cropland Base Acres Corn 74.80 Soybeans 73.60. Tract 1 according to FSA is 76 Acres and Tract 2 is 72.4 Acres Mineral Rights All mineral rights will convey to the buyer Soil Productivity 93.9 CSR2 on the whole farm and CSR2 of 93.9 on Tract 1, and CSR2 of 93.9 on Tract 2 Earnest Money 5% of the purchase price will be required when you are the high bidder to be held as earnest money until closing. Farm Lease There is no lease on the farm. The seller lives out of state and has the farm custom farmed and little control over when the crop is harvested but as soon as it is you will get possession.
