Soft Close: The auction program has a soft close feature designed to stagger the close of each lot by 10 seconds. However, if a bid is received within 3 minutes from the closing time, that particular lot is extended an additional 3 minutes. This action will repeat itself until bidding has ceased for at least 3 minutes. This provides bidders with a true auction method and not last second sniping as seen on other sites like ebay. Auction Preview: Wednesday, June 21st from 4p-7p CST, and Saturday, June 24th from 3p-5p CST, or by appointment only. Call Ales Auction Services @ 309/527-2537 to set an appointment if you can not attend the preview. If you submit a bid without attending the preview, you agree and accept the posted photo(s) as your preview. The buyer relies exclusively on their pre - auction inspection and all lots are sold with all faults and defects within. The location of the preview is 820 Kingwood Drive, El Paso, Illinois. If items are not retrieved by Tuesday, June 27th, a $1.00 storage fee will be charged per item, per day unless arraignments agreed to by the auctioneer are made. We are reasonable, but our sellers shouldn't have to wait for payment. Shipping: We do offer USPS shipping for smaller items. For larger items, we recommend The UPS Store. Call us for shipping options prior to biding. A $5.00 handling fee is charged per buyer. Your mailing address must match your billing address. No exceptions. Failure to Pay: Failure to retrieve and pay for your items after 30 days will result in your forfeiture or claim on said items, and these items will be resold. You will be further banned from participating in any of our auctions, either live or online, and you further agree to reimburse Ales Auction Services for any costs associated with your failure to abide by the terms.
